You can significantly save if you book your trip online with us, we at present support online payment, wire transfer for your advance booking. With the advance booking we offer you online discount. Refer to the further terms and cancellation policy below.
Starting & Closing hours
The count of Kms and Hours starts from boarding point, all the travel hours and the distance are counted until the trip is completed. The excess hours or kilometers are charged as applicable.
Calendar Day
For all Outstation trips, we follow the Calendar Day and [00:00 Hrs to 23:59 Hrs] is Counted as 1 day .
Minimum Kms
Minimum of 250 Kms is charged for the any given Vehicle. If you would need a Cab for 2 days then you will be charged Minimum of 250 kms x 2 days = 500 Kms: ( If you travel total of 500 km for 2 days then this is within the package limit). The Extra Kms shall be paid by you at the time of closing the trip.
Driver Bata
Day Driver Batta – Mandatory charge for 06:00 AM to 10:00 PM
Late Night Batta – between 10:00 pm Hrs to 05:59 am Hrs
“the Night Driver Batta comes in, only if the driver drives the cab ”
Other Charges
Inter-state tax, toll and parking – The estimate fare that we offer on your booking does not include inter-state tax, toll and parking. These charges will be paid extra.
You may cancel the booking 72 hour prior to the time of journey, without any cancellation charges for all of our rental services. Further rules below may apply if you would wish to alter or cancel the car booking.
Multi Day trip Cancellation:
The charge for the first day would be deducted from the total amount and refund will be issued to the user.
Single Day trip Cancellation:
Partial refund can be done deducting the base fee charges if cancellation done at least 4 hrs prior to the trip start.
Airport transfer:
No Cancellation Charges if Cancelled at least 2 hours prior of pickup time.
Refunds
If you are eligible for refunds based on the “Cancellation and Return policy” as stated above, then the refund will be remitted back to you within 5-7 working days. In case of any queries or may have issues, please write to us at booking@sara.cab
