Fares, offers and payment
Fares quoted are calculated from the trip details you provide — trip type, distance, duration and vehicle. Your quote itemises what is included and shows driver allowance, toll, parking, permit and any other applicable charge as separate line items. The final amount payable is based on actual usage where the trip differs from what was planned.
Any occasional or special offer we introduce may carry additional terms and conditions, which you must comply with in order to avail that offer.
Cancellation and refunds
If you need to cancel a booking, our cancellation charges and refund process are set out in full on our Payment Terms and Cancellation Policy page. Cancelling earlier costs less.
Governing law
Your use of this website, and any dispute arising out of that use, is subject to the laws of India.
